• After install, local data lives under %APPDATA%\SthirApp and survives app updates.
• Windows may show a SmartScreen warning on unsigned builds — choose More info → Run anyway when you trust the source.
• Mac and Linux: use the web app, or run the Electron shell in development. The Windows installer does not run on macOS.
